Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Merchandise may be returned for a full refund excluding shipping charges. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in unused and sealed condition and packed sufficiently to avoid being damaged in shipping.
All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Full refund (less the shipping cost) - will be applied to your credit card account or PayPay account, if product is returned within 45 days. After 45 days, your refund will be applied for a store credit only.
All returns, exchanges and/or claims must be requested by the person who placed the order and the refund is applied to the credit card used when the order was processed.
Please Note:Gift certificates are non-refundable items. Purchases of special orders, customized products, altered products, and other items noted as such are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective or incorrect products
If you got a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team by phone at 1-888-561-ZOOM within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Our customer service team will provide you with RMA number and instructions, We'll exchange your item or you will be refunded the price of the item as well as any applicable taxes and shipping costs. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Please note that in order to receive a refund for the shipping cost of the item, you must contact our customer service team before returning the item to us.
